La Redoute is a French retailer that specialises in ready-to-wear apparel and home décor. The company is the second-largest seller of women’s clothing, the third-largest seller of household linen in France, and has a presence in 10 countries. Originally known for their paper catalogue and mail order, La Redoute has shifted towards e-commerce, which accounts for the vast majority of the company’s income. Customers who shop and order via mobile device represent a key stakeholder group, making it critical to deploy an optimal e-commerce mobile app.

SOLUTION
La Redoute’s new mobile application featured a redesigned technical base and updated graphics to improve the overall customer experience and buyer journey. In less than 48 hours, StarDust CTG Group coordinated the testing of the iOS application in seven different countries by professional testers through We Are Testers™, the company's web platform used to publish test campaigns. The testers identified almost 80 bugs and provided comprehensive suggestions based on their experiences, giving La Redoute valuable insight into what needed to be fixed before they could confidently launch the app.
